Placing an order

To place an order, visit our shop page, select your desired piling cap, specify a size and quantity, and click "add to cart”. Once you have placed your desired items in the cart, click on the red cart popup at the top right corner to view your cart and proceed to checkout.

After placing your order, you will receive email confirmation with your order details. Upon shipping, you will also receive an email notification, which will include the shipment tracking number.

• To select the same piling cap in multiple sizes, simply select another size, specify the quantity in that size, and click "add to cart" again.
• To select multiple piling caps, simply return to our "shop" page, select your additional desired piling cap, specify a size and quantity, and click 'add to cart'. The cart continues to work in the background as you browse the site.

Checking order status

To check the status of your order, contact us by phone or email and we will gladly give you an update. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification, which will include the shipment tracking number.

Modifying your order

You can remove items or modify item specifications within 24 hours of placing your order. You can add additional items to your order at any point before we ship your order. Please contact us by email or phone to specify your desired changes. Note that we cannot assure changes to be made once your order enters production.

Canceling an order

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, before piling caps enter production. Please get in touch by phone or email to let us know about your order cancellation.

International orders

We can ship orders internationally. Please contact us by email or phone to place your order. Please note that the recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties that may possibly be incurred. unfortunately, we cannot calculate these taxes or customs duties, so we suggest contacting your local government for more information.

All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
